Санкции за незаконное использование внешних фондов

Использование не по назначению, незаконное получение или хищение средств из предоставляемых Республике Молдова внешних фондов будет наказываться в уголовном порядке. Парламент принял в четверг, 21 апреля, в первом чтении законопроект, содержащий такие положения, передает Ipn. Замдиректора Национального центра по борьбе с коррупцией Кристина Цэрнэ представляя инициативу на заседании парламента заявила, что Республика Молдова получает 4,47 млрд. евро от внешних партнеров в виде грантов, а половина из этой суммы исчезает. Эти деньги являются взносом граждан государств, которые оказывают нам помощь, и естественно их желание защитить их, - сказала Кристина Цэрнэ. Предложенные изменения и дополнения предусматривают лишение свободы от 2 до 15 лет и лишение права занимать определенные должности или заниматься определенной деятельностью на срок от 2 до 8 лет, а также штраф в размере от 3 тыс. до 9 тыс. условных единиц. Поправки были разработаны в соответствии с национальным Планом действий по внедрению Соглашения об ассоциации Республика Молдова - Европейский союз на 2014-2016 годы.
