Scutirile pentru plata taxelor utilizării drumurilor naţionale, aprobate de Guvern

Autovehiculele înregistrate în țările cu care Republica Moldova a încheiat acorduri bilaterale sau multilaterale în acest domeniu vor fi scutite, reciproc, de plata taxelor pentru folosirea drumurilor naționale. Un proiect de lege în acest sens, ce prevede modificarea și completarea Codului Fiscal a fost votat în cadrul şedinţei Guvernului de miercuri, 14 septembrie. Proiectul mai prevede şi reducerea cu 30% a taxei pentru folosirea drumurilor naționale pentru autovehiculele străine - autobuze și camioane. Ajustarea taxei pentru folosirea drumurilor Republicii Moldova de către autovehiculele neînmatriculate în RM la nivelul ţărilor din regiune, prin reducerea taxei cu 30% va preveni evitarea tranzitului în ţara noastră, a menţionat ministrul finanţelor, Octavian Armaşu. Proiectul mai prevede că taxa pentru folosirea drumurilor va fi de cinci ori mai mare în cazul autovehiculelor cu o masă totală sau cu dimensiuni care depășesc limitele admise. Se aşteaptă că modificarea respectivă va aduce acumulări la buget în sumă de aproximativ 50 mil. lei, iar banii vor fi utilizați pentru amenajarea și întreținerea infrastructurii rutiere. Scutirea nu se va aplica autovehiculelor cu numere de înmatriculare în statele care nu respectă înțelegerile încheiate. Este un proiect ce asigură interesele economice ale ţării noastre şi protejează infrastructura, a mai adăugat ministrul.
