Se sistează temporar achizițiile publice

Agenția Achiziții Publice a anunțat despre sistarea temporară a publicării în Buletinul Achizițiilor Publice a invitațiilor de participare la procedurile de achiziții publice, începând cu 7 iulie 2015. În contextul evoluțiilor macroeconomice nefavorabile și insuficienței surselor interne (VMS și veniturile din privatizare) și externe (împrumutul Băncii Mondiale, DPO) de finanțare a deficitului bugetar aprobat pe anul 2015, Ministerul Finanțelor a informat Agenția Achiziții Publice despre aplicarea procedurii de suspendare a cheltuielilor bugetare, conform art.10 și art.40 din Legea nr.847-XIII din 24 mai 1996 privind sistemul bugetar și procesul bugetar (cu modificările ulterioare). Astfel, Agenția Achiziții Publice informează că finanțarea de la bugetul de stat se va efectua doar pe cheltuielile cele mai necesare, care asigură funcționalitatea instituțiilor bugetare (cheltuieli de personal, cheltuieli de regie și alte cheltuieli fără care instituția n-ar putea funcționa), în rest, cheltuielile ce țin de procurări, reparații și investiții urmează să fie suspendate atât la componenta de bază cit și la componentele mijloace speciale și fonduri speciale. În acest sens, întru evitarea unor blocaje financiare, generate de neplătire în sectorul bugetar, Agenția Achiziții Publice, începând cu data de 07 iulie 2015, va sista temporar publicarea în Buletinul Achizițiilor Publice a invitațiilor de participare la procedurile de achiziții publice de bunuri, servicii și lucrări menționate mai sus.
