Сельские аптеки могут освободить от оплаты местных сборов

Доступ сельского населения к медикаментам, в том числе и компенсируемым, может быть расширен открытием новых аптек. Законодательную инициативу по этому вопросу разработала парламентская Комиссия по соцзащите, здравоохранению и семье, сообщает Noi.md. Инициатива предусматривает льготы на оплату местных сборов аптекам из сельской местности. В условиях, когда государство не имеет возможности развивать свой сектор в этой сфере, оно должно поддерживать частный сегмент этого рынка, считают авторы документа. По их мнению, льготы на оплату местных сборов будут способствовать созданию оптимальных условий для открытия новых аптек в сельской местности. Эта инициатива, наряду с проектом о применении дифференцированной торговой надбавки, дополнит пакет мер по урегулированию фармацевтического рынка. Нацеливаясь на урегулирование торговой надбавки на лекарства в пользу потребителя, мы предлагаем расширить экономический и физический доступ граждан к фармацевтическим товарам введением мер поддержки сельской деловой среды в фармацевтической сфере, – добавила председатель комиссии Оксана Доменти. Предложенный законопроект предусматривает внесение дополнений в одну из статей Налогового кодекса Республики Молдова. Уточняем, что в настоящее время собственники аптек в сельской местности оплачивают местные сборы, сумма которых составляет от 3500 до 5000 леев.
