Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a semnat acord de colaborare cu Autoritatea Națională de Integritate

Astăzi, 1 noiembrie 2019, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a semnat Acordul de colaborare între Autoritatea Națională de Integritate și Serviciul Fiscal de Stat. Scopul actului semnat este stabilirea unor relații de colaborare efective și eficiente, a unor modalități şi proceduri de comunicare cât mai productive între cele două autorități publice, urmând ca Acordul să constituie un bun instrument de cooperare reciprocă. Printre domeniile principale ale colaborării se enumeră: a) prevenirea şi combaterea actelor de corupție, a actelor conexe actelor de corupție şi a faptelor coruptibile, a cazurilor de utilizare contrar destinației, obținere frauduloasă şi/sau delapidare a mijloacelor, inclusiv din fondurile externe; b) declararea averii şi a intereselor personale; c) realizarea controlului averii și intereselor personale, precum și respectării regimului juridic al conflictelor de interese, al incompatibilităților, restricțiilor și limitărilor; d) implementarea programului de guvernare şi a altor politici publice în conformitate cu misiunea, funcțiile și atribuțiile acordate prin actele legislative. Acordul mai stipulează că părțile vor colabora în limitele competențelor instituționale şi în alte domenii de interes comun. De asemenea, părțile semnatare vor organiza periodic întruniri în vederea discutării oricăror subiecte ce rezultă din activitatea SFS și ANI.
