Serviciul Fiscal de Stat va fi abilitat ca organ de constatare a unor infracțiuni prevăzute în Codul Penal

Un proiect de lege ce propune modernizarea administrării fiscale a fost votat în prima lectură în cadrul ședinței Parlamentului. Astfel, Serviciului Fiscal de Stat va fi investit cu atribuții de organ de constatare a unor infracțiuni prevăzute în Codul Penal. Este vorba de infracțiunile ce se referă la practicarea ilegală a activităţii de întreprinzător, la practicarea ilegală a activităţii financiare, la evaziunea fiscală a întreprinderilor, instituţiilor și organizaţiilor, precum și la cele ce țin de evaziunea fiscală a persoanelor fizice, de fabricarea ilegală a semnelor de marcare de stat și punerea în circulaţie şi utilizarea acestora. O altă măsură propusă este atribuirea Serviciului Fiscal de Stat a statutului de unică persoană juridică care consolidează toate cele 35 de inspectorate fiscale teritoriale și Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat într-o autoritate unitară, precum și asigurarea unei independențe funcționale și organizatorice a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat. Proiectul de lege este elaborat în scopul realizării Programului de activitate al Guvernului, în ceea ce ține administrarea fiscală. Prezentul proiect, în comun cu proiectul legii privind Serviciul Fiscal de Stat constituie un pachet de acte legislative care are menirea consolidării capacităților de administrare a impozitelor și taxelor de către Serviciul Fiscal de Stat și de dezvoltare a capacității de prevenire a riscurilor evaziunii fiscale, a menționat Șeful Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat Serghei Pușcuța.
