Serviciul Vamal a demarat reorganizarea instituțională

Începând cu anul viitor, Serviciul Vamal va activa în baza unei noi organigrame, care presupune transfer de competențe și responsabilități către birourile vamale, precum și reducerea funcțiilor de conducere în favoarea celor de execuție. Noile modificări vor fi însoțite și de majorări de salarii, cuantumul cărora va fi determinat în funcție de performanțele înregistrate. Anunțurile au fost făcute de către Directorul General al Serviciului Vamal, Vitalie Vrabie, în cadrul unei ședințe convocate pe această tematică. Noua organigramă prevede comasarea celor șapte birouri vamale și crearea a trei subdiviziuni: Nord, Centru și Sud, iar numărul scriptic al angajaților va fi redus până la 1520 unități, comparativ cu 1728 actualmente. Implementarea respectivelor măsuri urmează a fi finalizată până la sfârșitul anului, în acest sens fiind dispuse o serie de acțiuni menite să asigure buna desfășurare a procesului de reorganizare. De asemenea, în cadrul ședinței au fost discutate competențele Aparatului Central și cele ale Birourilor Vamale, precum și stabilite mecanismele de interacțiune dintre acestea. Este important să asigurăm o funcționare ireproșabilă a noilor structuri, astfel încât toți cei implicați, agenți economici, brokeri vamali și angajați, să sesizeze eficiența optimizărilor operate. Angajamentele asumate pe acestă dimensiune ne impun noi rigori cărora va trebui să le corespundem, motiv pentru care voi insista în continuare pe sporirea nivelului de profesionalism și integritate în rândul angajaților, iar cei care se vor alinia acestor cerințe vor fi și remunerați pe măsură, a declarat Vitalie Vrabie.
