SFS anunță acțiuni de conformare la spălătoriile auto

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat desfășoară̆ cu regularitate acțiuni de specialitate pentru conformarea contribuabililor din toate domeniile economiei naționale,       obiectivul strategic al autorității fiscale fiind promovarea unui nivel sporit de conformare voluntară. În acest context sunt utilizate o serie de măsuri, acțiuni și procedee orientate spre o deservire și tratare corectă a contribuabililor, în funcție de „comportamentul fiscal” de care dau dovadă.
 
În perioada 1 august - 30 septembrie 2020, SFS a întreprins acțiuni de conformare asupra 194 agenți economici ce desfășoară activitate în domeniul prestării serviciilor de spălătorii auto cu grad sporit de neconformare fiscală.

 

Ca rezultat, în cazul a 58 agenți economici au fost stabilite încălcări ale prevederilor Codului fiscal, iar în cazul a 85 agenți economici au fost constatate încălcări ale prevederilor Codul contravențional, fiind aplicate sancțiuni fiscale în sumă totală de 382100 lei.

 

Ținând cont de rezultatele obținute în perioada menționată, SFS a decis să continue aceste acțiuni și în perioada 9-30 noiembrie 2020.

 

Respectiv, pentru a evita situațiile pasibile sancționării, SFS recomandă tuturor contribuabililor să se conformeze voluntar și să respecte prevederile legislației în vigoare.
