SFS monitorizează activitatea transportatorilor auto de pasageri de pe rutele internaționale

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat asigură monitorizarea segmentelor economiei republicii cu un risc înalt de neconformare fiscală. Acțiunile autorității au drept scop și informarea contribuabililor despre prevederile legislației în vigoare ce vor contribui, în consecință, la prevenirea cazurilor de neonorare a obligațiilor fiscale.
 
În cazul în care contribuabilul refuză conformarea voluntară, în temeiul prevederilor legislației în vigoare, sunt aplicate măsuri de conformare forțată.

 

Astfel, pe parcursul anilor 2019 – 2020, SFS a întreprins diverse acțiuni de acumulare a probelor cu privire la venitul nedeclarat de către persoanele fizice ce practică ilicit activitatea de transportator internațional de pasageri. Ca rezultat, în cazul a cinci persoane fizice au fost definitivate verificările cu calcularea suplimentară la buget a obligațiilor fiscale în sumă de 375,8 mii lei.

 

SFS recomandă tuturor agenților economici și persoanelor fizice care desfășoară activitate economică să se conformeze la prevederile legislației în vigoare.
