Штрафы в размере 387 тыс. леев за использование «ненадлежащих» весов

Порядка 54% используемых на рынках страны мерительных приборов, проверенных Агентством по защите прав потребителей в первом полугодии, не соответствуют техническим требованиям. Продавцы использовали «ненадлежащие, нелегализованные или не прошедшие метрологическую поверку средства измерения», - заявил на пресс-конференции заместитель директора Агентства по защите прав потребителей Григоре Кацер. Он уточнил, что в первой половине этого года было проверено в общей сложности 902 единицы весов и других измерительных приборов. Проверка показала, что 82,9% средств измерения, используемых физическими лицами на рынках, не соответствовали техтребованиям. «Это довольно высокий процент», - сказал Кацер, отметив, что «беспокоит тот факт, что ситуация не меняется»: такие же нарушения выявлялись и в предыдущие годы. Ситуация с юридическими лицами лучше: не соответствуют требованиям около 30% весов. Агентство по защите прав потребителей наложило штрафы в размере 386,9 тыс. леев, продавцов обязали устранить нарушения. Экономические агенты получили полную консультативную помощь в вопросе соблюдения правовых требований и обеспечения надлежащей работы.
