Швеция предоставит РМ $4,5 млн для институционального развития парламента

Об этом заявил председатель парламента Швеции Урбан Алин в ходе трехдневного визита в Кишинев. В ходе встречи председателя парламента Андриана Канду с Урбаном Алиным обсуждалась поддержка, оказываемая Швецией в укреплении парламентской демократии. В 2016-2018 гг. будет реализована новая программа технической помощи для институционального развития молдавского парламента на общую сумму около $4,5 млн, финансируемая правительством Швеции и внедряемая при поддержке Программы развития ООН в Молдове. Проект нацелен на обеспечение поддержки парламента в осуществлении Соглашения об ассоциации и Повестки дня ассоциации, повышение прозрачности структуры, укрепление институционального потенциала для улучшения законодательной функции, функции парламентского контроля и пр., - отмечается в сообщении пресс-службы парламента. Андриан Канду поблагодарил шведские власти за финансовую поддержку и техническую помощь, оказываемую Молдове на протяжении многих лет. Швеция является важным партнером в продвижении и реализации целей европейской интеграции Молдовы и одним из главных доноров нашей страны, она предоставляет нам помощь и помогает в реализации проектов в различных областях. Швеция является для нас и очень хорошей моделью развития с точки зрения политической толерантности, экономического развития, инноваций, использования возобновляемых источников энергии, с хорошими социальными программами для населения, - сказал Канду.
