SIA SCITL, lansat în exploatare industrială

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat (SFS), în comun cu Centrul de Tehnologii Informaționale în Finanțe (CTIF), au lansat, săptămâna curentă, în exploatare industrială Sistemul informațional automatizat „Stingerea obligațiilor fiscale prin intermediul Serviciului de colectare a impozitelor și taxelor locale” (SIA SCITL). Scopul principal al proiectului, elaborat de CTIF, administrator tehnico–tehnologic al sistemului informațional al SFS, este optimizarea proceselor de evidență, calculare și achitare a impozitelor și taxelor locale administrate de serviciile de colectare a impozitelor și taxelor locale din cadrul primăriilor. Inițial, sistemul a fost lansat în exploatare experimentală în 11 primării, fiind ulterior dezvoltat și completat cu noi funcționalități. Directorul interimar al CTIF, Vitalie Coceban, a comunicat că funcționalitățile sistemului SCITL automatizează procesele de evidență, calculare și achitare a impozitelor și taxelor locale, ceea ce va ușura activitatea perceptorilor fiscali din cadrul primăriilor. Soluția va asigura crearea spațiului informatic digital, a menționat Coceban. Directorul a mai arătat că noul sistem va asigura ținerea evidenței impozitelor și taxelor locale pentru fiecare contribuabil în parte, calcularea impozitului funciar și a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare, generarea și procesarea de către perceptorii fiscali a avizelor de plată a acestor impozite. CTIF precizează că, după primirea avizului de plată înmânat de către perceptorul fiscal de la primărie, contribuabilul poate achita impozitele și taxele locale în regim on- line, fără a se deplasa la bancă sau la oficiul poștal. În baza numărului avizului de plată primit de la perceptorul fiscal, contribuabilul poate efectua achitarea impozitelor și taxelor locale, printr-o singură notă de plată, prin intermediul serviciului „Achitarea on-line a impozitelor și taxelor de către persoanele fizice-cetățeni”, accesând https://servicii.fisc.md/TaxesAndFees.aspx. Serviciul respectiv este accesibil atât pentru persoanele fizice conectate la serviciile fiscale electronice, cât și pentru persoanele care nu dețin autorizarea respectivă. A doua opțiune este utilizarea serviciului guvernamental de plăti electronice MPay. Contribuabilul va introduce în sistem numărul avizului de plată, sistemul va afișa suma spre plată, după care persoana în cauză va achita suma respectivă în baza instrumentelor de plată puse la dispoziție de serviciul Mpay.
