Șoferii vor fi sancţionaţi pentru aruncarea deşeurilor peste geam.Un proiect de modificare a Codului Contravenţional a fost votat vineri, 25 martie, în prima lectură în cadrul şedinţei Parlamentului. Potrivit proiectului, aruncarea obiectelor, substanţelor, deşeurilor şi a mucurilor de ţigară din vehicule de către conducătorii şi pasagerii vehiculelor se sancţionează cu amendă de la 30 la 50 de unităţi convenţionaleAutoarea proiectului, deputata PL, Alina Zotea, a menţionat că aceste sancţiuni pot fi substituite cu muncă neremunerată în favoarea comunităţii – de la 40 la 60 de ore. Considerăm necesar de a aplica sancţiuni şi conducătorilor de vehicule care aruncă gunoiul în stradă, pentru a-i face mai responsabili faţă de mediu şi de societate, în general, a menţionat Alina Zotea. Totodată, deputaţii au solicitat să fie concretizat mecanismul de sancţionare a conducătorilor auto. În acest sens, autoarea proiectului a menţionat că Guvernul urmează să stabilească acest mecanism, ea propunând ca şoferii să poate fi sancţionaţi inclusiv în baza fotografiilor şi a înregistrărilor video făcute de persoanele antrenate în trafic. Deputatul democrat,Dumitru Diacov a propus să fie introdusă sancţionarea la nivel municipal, după care să fie extinsă la nivel de ţară.În altă ordine de idei, deputatul liberal Veaceslav Untilă a menţionat că este important ca cetăţenii Republicii Moldova să ştie că sunt pasibili să fie traşi la răspundere pentru faptul că aruncă gunoiul pe fereastră. Ar fi bine să ne ajute şi presă la acest capitol. Pe fiecare dintre noi ne deranjează acest lucru. Acum, facem primul pas în această direcţie, a menţionat Veaceslav Untilă.Actualmente, Codul Contravenţional prevede doar sancţiuni pentru pasagerii din transportul public care aruncă gunoiul şi altor obiecte pe fereastra mijloacelor de transport.
