Soldul mijloacelor bănești la conturile CNAS

Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale informează că, potrivit Raportului operativ privind executarea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat, în primele patru luni ale anului 2022 în BASS au fost acumulate venituri în sumă totală de 11180,9 mil. lei sau 35,8% din planul anual stabilit de 31224,2 mil. lei.Contribuţii de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii sunt acumulate în sumă de 5601,7 mil. lei sau 30,5% din suma anuală prevăzută de 18367,7 mil. lei. Suma contribuţiilor este în creștere cu 668,1 mil. lei sau cu 13,5% faţă de indicatorul realizat în perioada similară a anului 2021.
 
Alte venituri au fost încasate în sumă de 124,3 mil. lei, dintre care 122,9 mil. lei sunt partea impozitului unic perceput de la rezidenţii parcurilor pentru tehnologia informaţiei, care a fost în creştere cu 41,4% comparativ cu perioada respectivă a anului precedent.

 

Transferurile din bugetul de stat s-au finanţat în sumă de 5454,8 mil. lei, în corespundere cu cererile de finanţare, din care:

  • 3404,8 mil. lei – destinate plăţii prestaţiilor de asistenţă  socială şi altor plăţi, care conform legislaţiei sunt finanţate din bugetul de stat. Acestea au constituit 35,4% din suma anuală prevăzută de 9618,9 mil. lei, iar faţă de perioada similară a anului precedent au fost cu 323,9 mil. lei sau cu 10,5% mai mari;
  • 2050,0 mil. lei – destinate acoperirii deficitului de venituri proprii ale BASS şi au constituit 69,9% din planul anual stabilit.

 

Cheltuielile totale ale BASS în perioada raportată au fost executate în sumă de 10518,7 mil. lei sau 33,7% din suma anuală planificată de 31224,2 mil. lei, fiind mai mare cu 1156,8 mil. lei sau cu 12,4%.

 

În lunile ianuarie-aprilie ale anului 2022, veniturile totale au depăşit cheltuielile totale ale bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat cu 662,2 mil. lei. Soldul mijloacelor băneşti la conturile CNAS la situaţia din 1 mai 2022 a constituit 662,3 mil. lei.
