Создание парковок обойдется EME Parkleitsystem GmbH в 10 млн евро

Компания EME Parkleitsystem GmbH представила проект по организации платных парковок в Кишиневе. На пресс-конференции представитель компании Жигмонд Боднар (Zsigmond Bodnar) отметил, что в течение первого года внедрения проекта планируется создать 25 тыс. парковочных мест, а через 2 года - довести их число до 40 тыс. Этот проект – инновационная разработка компании, благодаря которой Кишинев станет непохожим ни на один город в мире и разрешит проблему неправильной парковки автомобилей, - подчеркнул Боднар. Платные парковки планируется построить в районах с большим скоплением людей. Стоимость парковки, предположительно, составит от 5 до 15 леев в час. EME Parkleitsystem GmbH берет на себя ответственность обустроить парковочную инфраструктуру, установить контроль соблюдения правил дорожной парковки, развить мобильную систему оплаты парковки. За парковку автомобилей можно будет заплатить двумя способами: мобильным (посредством звонка, текстового сообщения, специального приложения на смартфоне) или путем приобретения парковочного талона со специальным защитным кодом. Для оплаты парковочного места подойдет и кнопочный мобильный телефон. Как сообщалось ранее, австро-венгерская компания EME Parkleitsystem GmbH выиграла тендер, объявленный примэрией в 2015 г. Проведение тендера стало результатом исследования «Проект в области городских дорог Кишинева в поддержку парковочных систем», осуществленного британской компанией WSP UK Limited по заказу примэрии и при финансовой поддержке ЕБРР. Контракт компании с примарией будет действовать 25 лет. EME Parkleitsystem GmbH готова инвестировать в проект до 10 млн евро. В обмен на это примарии будут перечисляться 10% доходов компании. Также на пресс-конференции Зигмонд Боднар заявил о полной легитимности компании, опровергнув слухи о том, что компания, якобы, была зарегистрирована всего за 30 дней до начала тендера, заявив также, что одноименные компании, работающие на Мальте и Кипре, не являются офшорными.
