Specialiștii în finanțe publice din autoritățile publice centrale, invitați la un curs de instruire online

Ministerul Finanțelor și Centrul de Tehnologii Informaționale în Finanțe (CTIF) invită specialiștii în finanțe publice din cadrul autorităților publice centrale să participe la cursul de instruire online dedicat planificării bugetare, ce va avea loc în perioada 19 – 26 mai curent. Acesta va fi desfășurat de către CTIF, în regim de videoconferință, pe platforma Zoom. Cursul cu genericul: ”Planificarea bugetară: cadrul normativ, instrumente practice, inclusiv Sistemul Informaţional de Gestionare a Finanţelor Publice (SIGFP). Specificul pentru autoritățile publice de nivel central” are o durată de șase zile, 18 ore de studii și se va desfășura între orele 9.00 și 13.00. Instruirile sunt gratuite pentru participanți, ele fiind finanțate de către Ministerul Finanțelor. Cursul de instruire va fi moderat de experți în domeniu și formatori ai CTIF. Programul instruirilor include aspecte teoretice și practice privind componentele bugetului public național, procesul bugetar, clasificația bugetară și planificarea bugetară la nivel central. Acesta conține, de asemenea, teme privind elaborarea cadrului bugetar pe termen mediu, a bugetului anual, modificarea bugetului și bugetarea bazată pe programe, precum și aplicarea modulelor Planificarea bugetară și e – Alocații ale SIGFP. Persoanele interesate pot lua cunoștință de funcționalitățile platformei Zoom, accesând acest link. Participanții la instruiri vor primi suport tehnic la instalarea pe calculator a aplicației Zoom, vor fi familiarizați cu mecanismele de funcționare a acesteia și modul de interacțiune cu formatorul care va ghida cursul nominalizat.
