Список аудиторских обществ, которые могут принимать стажеров

Совет по надзору за аудиторской деятельностью утвердил список аудиторских обществ, которые вправе принимать стажеров. В этом году в него включено 66 аудиторских обществ, что составляет около половины лицензированных участников рынка аудиторских услуг в Молдове. В соответствии с Нормами профессиональной подготовки стажеров в аудиторской деятельности, данный список утверждается и публикуется ежегодно на веб-странице Совета по состоянию на 1 июля. Список составлен на основании информации о соблюдении процедур контроля качества аудиторских работ. Согласно установленным правилам, принимать стажеров могут только аудиторские общества, которые имели как минимум два аудиторских соглашения за предыдущий год. Аудиторское общество обязано предоставить достаточные гарантии обеспечения условий для деятельности стажера и соблюдения норм и принципов Кодекса профессионального поведения аудиторов и бухгалтеров. Длительность стажировки составляет 2 года. Стажировку могут пройти только физические лица с высшим образованием в финансово-экономической или юридической области. Согласно действующим правилам, аудиторское общество принимает их на работу на весь период стажировки, согласно требованиям Трудового кодекса. Стажеры участвуют в проведении аудита под руководством наставника со стороны компании. Учет стажеров в аудиторской деятельности ведет Министерство финансов . После регистрации заявления стажера, ведомство выдает каждому стажеру сертификат стажировки в аудиторской деятельности. Ежегодное визирование сертификата осуществляется при условии выполнения стажером всех ежегодных обязательств. Список аудиторских обществ с правом принимать стажеров, по состоянию на 1 июля 2017 года:
