SRL – cea mai populară forma juridică de organizare

La situația din 1 iulie curent, în Registrul de stat al unităților de drept erau incluse 123 518 entități, potrivit datelor statistice ale Agenției Servicii Publice. După forma juridică de organizare, cele mai multe unități le reprezintă societățile cu răspundere limitată – 86 979 și întreprinderile individuale - 28 496. De asemenea, sunt înregistrate 1436 cooperative de consum, 1425 de unități ce au alte forme de asociații și 1156 de societăți pe acțiuni de tip închis, 719 întreprinderi municipale. În profil administrativ-teritorial, cele mai multe unități de drept sunt înregistrate în Chișinău – 69 414, iar cele mai puține în Basarabeasca – 467. În Bălți sunt 5221 entități, în Ialoveni – 3198, în Cahul – 2689, în Orhei – 2667. Totodată, în UTAG sunt înregistrate 4347 de unități. Datele mai arată că după genurile de activitate declarate, cele mai multe unități practică comerțul cu amănuntul și repararea obiectelor de uz casnic și personale – 165 621, precum și comerțul cu ridicata și intermedieri – 127948, iar cele mai puține sunt înregistrate în activitățile industriale – 761.
