Срок деятельности ЗСП «Валканеш» будет продлен

Срок деятельности ЗСП «Валканеш» будет продлен с 25 до 37 лет (до 2035 г.), а ее площадь будет сокращена на 15,1 га - со 122,3 до 107,2 га. Это предусматривают соответствующие поправки в закон о соответствующей ЗСП, которые парламент принял в первом чтении. Как отметили авторы законопроекта, изменить конфигурацию ЗСП «Валканеш» и сократить ее площадь предложила администрация зоны. В частности, она высказалась за исключение из состава ЗСП участка площадью 24,3793 га, который имеет сельхозназначение, не используется сейчас, и нет перспектив использования его в будущем путем привлечения инвесторов, поскольку к нему нет подъездных путей, отсутствуют коммуникации, имеется сложный рельеф. Кроме того, для реализации там промышленных проектов необходимо будет выплачивать компенсацию в связи с изменением назначения земель и перевода их в другую категорию, на что потребуется около 50 млн леев. В то же время, в состав ЗСП «Валканеш» планируется включить другой участок земли, принадлежащий АО Vulcanesti-Petrol площадью 9,3282 га. Эта госкомпания сейчас не действует, однако ее территория привлекательна для инвесторов, имеет подъездные пути, в том числе, линию железной дороги. Есть вся нужная инфраструктура – газопровод, артезианская скважина, 2 трансформаторные станции, резервуары для хранения топлива. Также имеется админблок, склад, производственные помещения. Территория предприятия строго огорожена и находится вблизи ЗСП «Валканеш». При этом, в случае включения АО Vulcaneşti Petrol в состав ЗСП «Валканеш», потенциальный инвестор готов внедрить там крупный инвестпроект по производству биодизеля, а примерный объем инвестиций составит $10 млн. Планируется, что в случае запуска инвестпроекта по производству биодизеля, годовой объем продаж составит 500-700 млн. леев, планируется создание 50 новых рабочих мест. Годовые отчисления в бюджет намечены на уровне менее 10 млн. леев.
