Starea de urgență, extinsă până la 31 iulie

Starea de urgență în sănătate publică este extinsă până la 31 iulie 2020,  cu posibilitatea de prelungire a termenului dat în funcție de evoluția situației epidemiologice la nivel național.
 
Comisia naţională extraordinară de sănătate publică a emis Hotărârea nr.20 din 10 iulie curent. Documentul reiterează  interdicția, până la data de 1 august 2020, de aflare a persoanelor în vârstă de peste 63 ani în afara domiciliului și în spațiile publice fără necesitate stringentă, aflarea persoanelor pe terenuri de joacă pentru copii, terenuri sportive, parcuri de distracții și zone de agrement, cu posibilitatea de prelungire a termenului de interdicție în funcție de situația epidemiologică.

 

Totodată, rămâne restricționată:

  • activitatea cluburilor de noapte ce se referă la activitatea discotecilor incluse în codul CAEM 56.30 şi a ringurilor de dans incluse în codul CAEM 93.29, indiferent de denumirea de firmă a unităţii comerciale (ca exemplu: disco-bar, club de noapte, karaoke, night-club, discotecă, club etc.);
  • organizarea ceremoniilor (nunți, cumetrii, omagieri, mese de pomenire) în orice instituție, indiferent de statut public sau privat, cu posibilitatea de prelungire a restricției menționate, în funcție de evoluția situației epidemiologice la nivel național;
  • activitatea în incinta teatrelor, cinematografelor, sălilor de concerte.

 

Tot până la 1 august vor rămâne închise grădinițele, dar nu va fi sistat procesul de admitere, în cadrul instituțiilor de învățământ general, profesional și universitar. O măsură de relaxare este reluarea în volum deplin (cu accesul la piscine și dușuri) a activității solilor de sport, dar și a instituțiilor balneo-sanitare.
