Стрелец: Kroll запросил слишком высокую цену за второй этап расследования

Сформированный из компаний Kroll и Steptoe & Johnson LLP консорциум - единственный оферент по проведению второго этапа расследования кражи средств из Banca de Economii, Banca Socială и Unibank - запросил слишком высокую цену. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Валерий Стрелец. "Мы продолжаем переговоры с единственным оферентом. Мы примем решение после того, как получим ответы на некоторые вопросы. Переговоры будут конфиденциальными. Проблема также и в деньгах. Слишком много для этапа восстановления", - заявил Стрелец после заседания Национального комитета финансовой стабильности. В то же время глава правительства не смог уточнить, когда начнется второй этап расследования хищений из трех банков. "Не позже четверга мы надеемся получить окончательное представление о том, сможет ли государство РМ подписать договор с этим единственным оферентом. Мы стремимся сформулировать его не позднее завтрашнего дня, но ответ зависит от них", - добавил Стрелец. Напомним, что Национальный банк Молдовы принял единственное предложение на проведение второго этапа расследования кражи миллиарда из Banca de Economii, Banca Socială и Unibank. Предложение поступило от консорциума, в который входят фирма Kroll, проводившая первый этап расследования, и Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Конечной целью этого расследования является представление НБМ составленного в хронологическом порядке четкого списка лиц, которые руководили сомнительными сделками, управляли банками и стали бенефициарами данных сделок, выявление нарушений и существенных убытков в этих банках, а также разработка и реализация стратегии возвращения активов. В то же время отобранный консорциум фирм должен принять в Республике Молдова и иностранных юрисдикциях гражданские, уголовные, межправительственные меры, меры по неплатежеспособности (по необходимости) в сотрудничестве с НБМ, для отслеживания, сохранения и возвращения активов.
