Studiu: Moldova cumpără prea scump electricitatea

Anual, Republica Moldova procură energie electrică la prețuri exagerat de mari, mai ales din cauza că există companii intermediare. Savanții Institutului de Energetică au demonstrat într-un studiu că prețul la energia importată ar trebui să fie cu aproape 60% mai mic. Actualmente, Republica Moldova procură energia electrică cu 6 cenți per kWh/h sau cu 1,35 lei. Consumatorii achită în mediu pentru un kwh în jur de 2 lei și 16 bani. Din această sumă, aproximativ 80 bani revine furnizorilor și companiilor de distribuție sau mai mult de jumătate din costul de import al energiei electrice, se arată în studiul Institutului de Energetică. Există multe dubii referitoare la cât plătește Centrala de la Cuciurgan pentru gazele naturale. Și chiar în partea transnistreană au apărut deja informații, precum că ei plătesc un preț special de 42 dolari/m3. Deci, dacă luăm în calcul acest tarif la gaze naturale, avem posibilitatea de a negocia cu Centrala de a exclude Energocapital, care este un capital, pentru a diminua cu 58% tarifele la energie electrică, - a afirmat pentru MBC directorul Institutului de Energetică Mihai Târșu. Savanții susțin că la scăderea prețului de import cu 58%, tariful energiei electrice pentru consumatorii finali s-ar micșora până la 1 leu 50 de bani per kwh. Problema este mult mai complexă. Gazele naturale, consumate de partea transnistreană nu se achită. Astfel, se acumulează datorii, care până la urmă rămân neplătite. În final, dacă vor veni toate datoriile pentru gazul consumat de partea transnistreană pe umerii noștri, noi vom plăti cu mult mai mult, decât acum, - a menționat expertul. Directorul Institutului de Energetică recomandă autorităților moldovenești să realizeze cât mai rapid interconexiunea cu România și să diversifice, în acest fel, sursele alternative de furnizare a electricității. În caz contrar, Republica Moldova va fi șantajată în continuare cu tarife exagerate, avertizează Mihai Târșu.
