SUA mizează pe un parteneriat puternic cu Republica Moldova

Viceprim-ministrul, ministrul în exerciţiu al Afacerilor Externe și Integrării Europene, Natalia Gherman, a avut astăzi, 3 noiembrie 2015, o întrevedere cu Alina Romanowski, coordonatorul asistenței pentru Europa și Eurasia din cadrul Departamentului de Stat al SUA, care efectuează o vizită de lucru în Republica Moldova. Oficialii au efectuat un schimb de opinii privind relaţiile bilateral şi proiectele care sunt implementate în ţara noastră cu sprijinul SUA. SUA este un partener strategic pentru Republica Moldova. Este important să aprofundăm colaborarea bilaterală şi să beneficiem, în continuare, de asistenţă americană în domenii precum reforma justiției, lupta împotriva corupției, atragerea investițiilor, dezvoltarea infrastructurii energetice, reconstrucția drumurilor, modernizarea industriei agro-alimentare, dezvoltarea sectorului privat şi a întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii a declarat şefa diplomaţiei de la Chişinău. De asemenea, oficialul a exprimat interesul ţării noastre privind continuarea programului Compact, dar şi extinderea acestuia în domeniul energetic, menţionând că diversificarea surselor de energie este o prioritate strategică a autorităţilor de la Chișinău. La rândul său, Alina Romanowski a reiterat importanţa continuării reformelor în ţara noastră şi asigurării supremaţiei legii. De asemenea, oficialul american a declarat că SUA mizează pe un parteneriat puternic cu Republica Moldova şi a adus asigurări privind continuarea implementării programelor de asistenţă destinate ţării noastre.
