Subvenţii pentru producătorii agricoli

În şedinţa de ieri Guvernul a aprobat o serie de modificări cu privire la modul de repartizare a mijloacelor din Fondul național de dezvoltare a agriculturii și mediului rural. Documentul prevede alocarea anuală a cel puțin 5% din valoarea totală a Fondului pentru finanțarea proiectelor mici de start-up, inițiate de tineri și femei fermieri. Noile prevederi oferă posibilitatea subvenționării pentru producătorii asigurați de riscuri în agricultură. Cuantumul acesteia se majorează de la 300 la 400 de mii de lei, fiind un plafon unic pentru toți agricultorii. De asemenea, va spori volumul sprijinului financiar acordat pentru trecerea la agricultura ecologică- de la 1500 la 3000 lei pentru primul an de conversie și de la 2000 la 3500 pentru al doilea an. În premieră, și apicultorii vor fi remunerați cu câte 300 de lei per familie de albini pentru perioada de trecere la producția bio. Producătorii agricoli care vor obține certificare internațională de calitate și siguranță alimentară vor beneficia, suplimentar la subvenție, de 50% din costul certificatului, ceea ce ar constitui maxim 15 mii de lei. Totodată, este prevăzută majorarea cuantumului subvențiilor de la 40% la 50% din costul investiției eligibile pentru fermele zootehnice destinate creșterii animalelor pentru carne. Concomitent, valoarea subvenției acordate unui fermier pentru trei ani nu va depăși 9 mil. lei, fiind prevăzută şi o pauză de un an după trei ani consecutivi de subvenționare. Fermierii care practică agricultura conservativă, își vor asuma angajamentul de a continua afacerea pe o perioadă de cel puțin 5 ani pentru a beneficia de sprijin financiar din partea statului. Începând cu anul viitor, producătorii agricoli vor putea depune cererile de subvenționare online.
