Susţinerea financiară a Societăţii Civile

Uniunea Europeană urmează să aloce țării noastre 8 mil. euro în cadrul Instrumentului European de Vecinătate. Hotărârea cu privire la inițierea negocierilor și aprobarea semnării Addendumului nr.1 la Acordul de finanțare dintre Guvernul Republicii Moldova și Uniunea Europeană privind Facilitatea pentru societatea civilă a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial de vineri, 27 iulie curent. Acordul de finanţare reprezintă un tratat interguvernamental, încheiat între Guvernul Republicii Moldova și Comisia Europeană la 15 decembrie 2016 şi prevede oferirea a 8 mil. euro de către Uniunea Europeană, în scopul dezvoltării și consolidării capacităților Societății Civile din Republica Moldova. Potrivit hotărârii, mijloacele financiare vor fi utilizate pentru două componente: • Componenta I – 7 mil. euro destinate pentru finanțarea cererilor de ofertă din partea organizațiilor Societății Civile; • Componenta II – 0,9 mil. euro pentru achiziții de diverse bunuri și servicii conform Anexei 1 la Acord.
