Свободная экономическая зона «Бельцы» может быть расширена

Свободная экономическая зона «Бельцы» может быть расширена еще на 8 га за счет включения в нее субзоны в Оргееве. Это предусматривает зарегистрированная в парламенте Молдовы законодательная инициатива о включении земельного участка площадью 8 га в Оргееве в состав СЭЗ «Бельцы». Как отметили авторы законодательной инициативы, проект разработан с учетом экспресс-запроса, поступившего от важного потенциального иностранного инвестора - Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze, который заинтересован в развитии в Оргееве своего производства. Отмечается, что предприятие является частью международной группы Sumitomo Electric Industries Group и может стать важным инвестором для Молдовы. Согласно представленной информации, генеральный градостроительный план развития Оргеева предусматривает, что указанный участок в законопроекте предназначен исключительно для промышленных проектов: фабрик, заводов, складов, упаковочных цехов, промышленных парков и т.д. В то же время, приводятся результаты деятельности Бельцкой СЭЗ. Так, в 2014 г. более 79% производимой в Бельцкой СЭЗ продукции экспортировалось, а это составляет 9,2% всего молдавского экспорта. Фонд зарплаты в компаниях-резидентах СЭЗ в Бельцах в 2014 г. составил 364,3 млн леев, а объем налоговых выплат - 180,4 млн леев. Средняя зарплата на предприятиях-резидентах составила 4,9 тыс. леев (+10,7%). Авторы законодательной инициативы считают, что с учетом социально-экономической важности проекта, а также развития инвестиционного климата в Молдове, привлечения инвестиций, предлагаемый проект необходимо поддержать. Как сообщалось ранее, СЭЗ «Бельцы» была создана 23 марта 2010 г. сроком на 25 лет. В настоящее время эта зона включает несколько субзон, в том числе, в Бельцах, Страшенах и Каушанах. Всего в СЭЗ Бельцы зарегистрировано около 40 резидентов и создано более 3,1 тыс. рабочих мест. Объем инвестиций в эту СЭЗ на конец марта 2015 г. составили $45,7 млн (около 21,3% всего объема инвестиций в СЭЗ Молдовы).
