Таможенный кодекс Молдовы должен соответствовать Таможенному кодексу ЕС

Молдова должна разработать портал в области регулирования предпринимательской деятельности и новый Таможенный кодекс. Об этом говорится в отчете о регуляторных и процедурных барьерах в торговле Молдовы, который, при финансовой поддержке правительства Швейцарии, подготовили эксперты Комитета по торговому потенциалу и стандартам Экономической комиссии ООН (UNECE). Доклад был представлен накануне в Женеве, в ходе заседания комитета. В нем приняла участие и делегация из Молдовы под руководством вице-премьера по реинтеграции Георгия Балана. Как сообщила начальник Главного управления международного экономического сотрудничества министерства экономики Михаела Горбан, отчет содержит ряд рекомендаций, направленных на устранение барьеров для предпринимательской деятельности в Молдове, а также предложения по упрощению торговли экономических агентов, в том числе, из Приднестровья. Так, эксперты UNECE отметили, что Молдова должна разработать и внедрить проекты в следующих областях: обеспечение прозрачности (создание портала по регулированию торговли), инфраструктура качества (стандартизация, метрология, оценка соответствия и пр.), улучшение стандартов в сельском хозяйстве и санитарных/фитосанитарных мер. Молдова также должна упростить таможенные процедуры и разработать новый Таможенный кодекс, соответствующий таможенному кодексу ЕС. Кроме того, власти Молдовы должны разработать план действий, который охватит положения соглашения об упрощении торговли в рамках ВТО и рекомендации UNECE. На основании этого комплексного документа Молдова получит внешнюю техническую помощь от партнеров по развитию.
