Тариф на воду может быть повышен

Apă-Canal Chișinău запрашивает повышение тарифа на воду для потребителей всех категорий на 2 лея 56 банов. Как сообщила на оперативном заседании в примарии глава предприятия Вероника Херца, соответствующий запрос уже направлен в Национальное агентство по регулированию в области энергетики (НАРЭ). В частности, тариф для физлиц планируется увеличить с 9,19 леев до 11,75 леев (+27,8%), а для экономических агентов – с 22,96 леев до 25,52 леев (+11,1%). Вероника Херца сообщила, что за последние два года потери компании составили 230 млн леев. Она также обратила внимание, что тарифы на электроэнергию с 2009 г. выросли на 56%, а затраты на электроэнергию составляют 30% доходов предприятия. Кроме того, НАРЭ определило потери в 2017 г. в объеме 18,7 млн. куб. м. Также Вероника Херца заявила, что рост тарифов необходим для покрытия запланированных затрат, а также для обновления канализационных сетей и сетей водоснабжения. Помимо этого, рост тарифов необходим и для получения финансовой помощи в размере 62 млн евро от Европейского банка реконструкции и развития и Европейского инвестиционного банка. Глава Apă-Canal Chișinău отметила, доходы от роста тарифа пойдут на строительство 200 км водопроводных сетей, 7 км канализационных сетей, ремонт очистных станций. В связи с запросом Apă-Canal Chișinău НАРЭ объявило о проведении публичного обсуждения проекта повышения тарифов сегодня, 16 мая.
