Tătici cu statut special

Legea ce se referă la completarea art. 1241 din Codul Muncii al Republicii Moldova a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial, nr.134-143 din 28 aprilie curent. Modificarea prevede că indemnizația paternală pentru funcționarul public cu statut special se va achita din bugetul de stat la locul de muncă al acestuia. Anterior, conform Codului Muncii, pe perioada concediului paternal, salariatul beneficiază de o indemnizaţie paternală care nu putea fi mai mică decât mărimea salariului mediu cuvenit pentru perioada respectivă și care era achitată din fondul de asigurări sociale. Menţionăm că Codul Muncii a fost completat cu un articol ce prevede acordarea concediului paternal, iar prevederea dată a intrat în vigoare la 27 mai 2016 şi stipulează că concediul paternal se acordă pe un termen de 14 zile pentru a asigura participarea efectivă a tatălui la îngrijirea copilului nou-născut. Concediul paternal se va acorda în primele 56 de zile de la nașterea copilului, în baza unei cereri scrise a salariatului, cu anexarea certificatului de naștere a copilului.
