Taxa pentru amenajarea teritoriului în cazul micșorării statelor de personal

La determinarea numărului mediu scriptic trimestrial de salariați, subiecții impunerii cu taxa pentru amenajarea teritoriului nu au obligația de a include în efectivul de salariați persoanele aflate în concediu parțial plătit pentru îngrijirea copilului până la vârsta de 3 ani şi/ sau concediul suplimentar neplătit pentru îngrijirea copilului în vârstă de la 3 la 4 ani. Aceste și alte aspecte ce țin de determinarea obligației fiscale a taxei pentru amenajarea teritoriului sunt reflectate în articolul „Taxa pentru amenajarea teritoriului în cazul micșorării statelor de personal”, publicat în nr. (4(52)) al revistei „monitorul fiscal FISC.md”.
