Taxa verificării corectitudinii lingvistice a denumirii entităţilor va fi inclusă în taxa pentru înregistrarea de stat

Guvernul a avizat pozitiv o iniţiativă legislativă, care propune completarea Legii nr. 220-XVI din 19 octombrie 2007 privind înregistrarea de stat a persoanelor juridice şi a întreprinzătorilor individuali cu o prevedere ce reglementează achitarea unei taxe la modificările ce intervin în denumirea întreprinderilor. Este vorba despre o iniţiativă legislativă a unui deputat prin care se propune a se stabili o plată pentru verificarea şi acceptarea denumirii entităţilor juridice, costuri, care, de fapt, astăzi nu sunt reglementate prin legislaţie, a remarcat ministrul Justiţiei Vladimir Cebotari. Guvernul, în principiu, susţine această iniţiativă. În acelaşi timp, datorită opiniei Consilului Economic de pe lângă Prim-ministru, avizul a fost îmbunătăţit cu specificarea că aceste plăţi vor fi incluse în plata unică pentru înregistrarea entităţii sau pentru operarea modificărilor unei entităţi. Astfel, încercăm neadmiterea înregistrării abaterilor de la ghişeul unic – principiu pe care ne călăuzim astăzi, a adăugat ministrul. În aviz se menţionează faptul că nu este vorba despre includerea unei taxe noi suplimentare taxei pentru înregistrarea de stat, ci doar specificarea în lege că taxa va fi achitată din contul taxei pentru înregistrarea de stat achitată de solicitantul înregistrării.
