Tentativă de evaziune fiscală în valoare de peste 180 mii lei

Una dintre prioritățile esențiale ale Republicii Moldova rămâne a fi crearea unor condiții favorabile pentru dezvoltarea și susținerea mediului de afaceri, motiv pentru care sunt acordate unele facilități privind scutirea de taxă vamală și TVA la importul anumitor categorii de mărfuri. Astfel, persoanele juridice au posibilitatea de a beneficia de tratament tarifar favorabil prin utilizarea facilităților de ordin fiscal și vamal, înlesniri de care agenții economici de rea-credință încearcă să abuzeze. Este și cazul recent a unei întreprinderi autohtone care intenționa să importe un mijloc de transport și o semiremorcă, fără achitarea plăților vamale. În acest sens, agentul economic a solicitat acordarea anumitor scutiri fiscale, aplicate în situația în care mărfurile importate sunt incluse în capitalul social al companiei. Ca urmare a implementării de către Serviciul Vamal a instrumentelor eficiente de analiză de risc, declarațiile vamale depuse au fost selectate pentru control documentar, în vederea verificării corectitudinii aplicării scutirilor solicitate. În urma examinării actelor prezentate, inspectorii vamali din cadrul postului intern de control Chișinău 3 (Industrială) au constatat că pentru acordarea scutirilor solicitate nu sunt respectate prevederile Hotărîrii Guvernului nr.145 din 26.02.2014, pct.7, astfel nerespectându-se prevederile legale de acordare a scutirilor solicitate. Ca urmare a iregularității depistate, organul vamal a dispus modificarea declarației vamale prin excluderea înlesnirilor ce urmau a fi acordate ilegal. Respectiv agentul economic este obligat să achite toate plățile datorate bugetului de stat, valoarea cărora depășește suma de 180 000 lei. Organul de urmărire penală al Serviciului Vamal investighează cazul în vederea stabilirii tuturor circumstanțelor.
