Termenul valabilităţii cheii utilizatorului semnăturii electronice va fi extins

În lectura a doua a fost votat un proiect de lege ce propune extinderea termenului de valabilitate al certificatului cheii publice a utilizatorului semnăturii electronice de la 1 an la 5 ani. Potrivit directorului-adjunct al Serviciului de Informaţii şi Securitate, Ruslan Munteanu, implementarea modificărilor va asigura un nivel sporit de securitate. Considerăm că modificarea în cauză va avea un efect pozitiv pentru dezvoltarea serviciiilor electronice în Republica Moldova, va micşora cheltuielile utilizatorilor semnăturii electronice ce ţin de procurarea certificatelor, dar şi va stimula utilizarea pe scară largă a seviciilor electronice bazate pe aplicarea semnăturii, a menţionat directorul-adjunct al SIS. Necesitatea promovării proiectului rezultă din realităţile practice în domeniu, fiind catalizat de existenţa dispozitevelor de creare securizată a semăturii electronice pentru o perioadă mai îndelungată, ţinând cont de capacităţile mijloacelor tehnice şi echipamentelor utilizate, dar şi pentru asigurarea nivelului minim de securitate, fără apariţia riscurilor de compromitere a cheilor, a adăugat Ruslan Munteanu. Extinderea termenului de valabilitatea al certificatului nu necesită alocarea mijloacelor finanicare suplimentare din bugetul de stat.
