Termoelectrica promovează măsurile de eficienţă energetică în blocurile locative

Potrivit serviciului de presă al întreprinderii, potenţialul creşterii eficienţei energetice în blocurile locative din Chişinău s-a discutat în cadrul unei şedinţe de lucru. În cadrul şedinţei, au fost abordate subiecte precum importanţa dezvoltării ecologice durabile a mun. Chișinău; facilitarea noilor investiții în măsuri de eficiență energetică, ce vor avea ca efect economii în consumul de energie pe termen lung; cele mai bune condiţii pentru clădirile din sectorul public şi rezidenţial ş.a. Directorul general al întreprinderii, Veaceslav Eni, a menţionat că Termoelectrica S.A. şi-a propus dezvoltarea unei platforme consolidate de colaborare cu gestionarii fondului locativ, autorităţile publice şi partenerii de dezvoltare pentru îmbunătăţirea eficienţei energetice urbane. Participanţii la întrunire au susţinut proiectul pilot privind parteneriatul dintre Termoelectrica şi Asociația coproprietarilor în condominiu din strada Pandurilor, cu care a fost anterior semnat un contract de colaborare privind instalarea unui nou sistem de termoficare pentru 5 blocuri locative ce presupune distribuţia agentului termic pe orizontală, contorizare individuală pentru fiecare apartament, reglarea temperaturii la căldură şi livrarea apei calde în regim non stop.
