Топ лучших работодателей Молдовы - 2017

«Petrom Moldova» и «Jivy Group» возглавили рейтинги лучших работодателей Молдовы в 2017 г.: первая – в категории компаний с численностью более 50 сотрудников, вторая – со штатом до 50 человек. Таковы результаты ежегодного рейтинга лучших компаний для работы (TopEmployers2017), который уже девятый год подряд представляет компания "AXA Management Consulting". Рейтинг компаний, в которых созданы наилучшие условия для работы, составлен по итогам онлайн анкетирования около 800 менеджеров среднего звена, работников 48 компаний Молдовы. Участники опроса заполняли анонимную анкету, отвечая на вопросы, позволяющие оценить степень удовлетворенности работой в компании. Оценка работодателей проводилась по нескольким критериям: условия труда, зарплата, возможности развития, сотрудничество в компании, структура и перспективы для развития. В категории малых компаний с численностью работников до 50 человек лучшими работодателями названы: 1. Jivy Group 2. Takeda Pharmaceuticals 3. Web Master Studio 4. Elit Agrotehnologie 5. Ritlabs. Среди компаний с числом сотрудников более 50 человек лучшими для работы признаны следующие: 1. Petrom Moldova 2. Ellation 3. Microinvest 4. Moldcell 5. Coca-Cola Hellenic Moldova 6. Amdaris 7. Studio Moderna 8. Gas Natural Fenosa 9. JT International 10. Orbico. "AXA Management Consulting" составляет этот рейтинг с 2008 года, его целью является содействие развитию культуры менеджмента человеческими ресурсами, сбор информации о самых эффективных подходах в управлении персоналом, внедряемых лучшими работодателями, а также предоставление рекомендаций в этой области.
