Topul celor mai buni angajatori din Republica Moldova

Coca Colla Îmbuteliere Chișinău și Worwag Pharmal sunt cele mai bune companii pentru angajaţi a anului 2016. Cel puțin acestea sunt rezultatele unui studiu realizat de compania AXA Management Consulting, care vine în ajutorul tinerilor specialiști ce caută un job. Scopul acestui studiu este de a oferi conducerii de vîrf a companiilor din Republica Moldova o direcţie sigură de dezvoltare strategică a practicilor de gestionare a resurselor umane. Acest scop este realizat prin împărtăşirea experienţelor de succes ale companiilor locale, precum şi prin identificarea aspectelor esenţiale ce determină satisfacţia la locul de muncă şi preferinţele angajaţilor în ceea ce priveşte activitatea lor profesională. În total, au participat 46 de companii din Republica Moldova, însă în Topul companiilor mici, medii și mijlocii au intrat doar cinci, și respectiv, 10 întreprinderi. Managerii de mijloc au răspuns la un chestionar on-line, anonim. Atfel a fost identificat punctajul pentru fiecare companie, fapt ce l-ea și plasat pe respectivele poziții. Iată care este topul angajatorilor ai anului 2016: TOP 5 companii mici (pînă la 50 de angajați) Locul 5 - Tacit Knowledge Locul 4 - Avon Moldova Locul 3 - Țurcan-Cazac Locul 2 - Takeda Pharmaceutical Locul 1 - Worwag Pharma TOP 10 companii mari și medii (peste 50 de angajați) Locul 10 - Banca Comercială Moldindconbank Locul 9 - Mobias Bancă Group Societe Generale Locul 8 - Yopeso Locul 7 - Gas Natural Fenosa Locul 6 - Petrom Moldova Locul 5 - JT International Locul 4 - Studio Moderna Locul 3 - Moldcell Locul 2 - Orbico Locul 1 - Coca Colla Îmbuteliere Chișinău Studiul „Cele mai bune companii pentru care să lucrezi” este desfăşurat anual de compania AXA Management Consulting.
