Totalizarea stagiul de cotizare

Pentru a beneficia în Moldova de pensie minima, trebuie să confirmi 15 ani de stagiu de cotizare (muncă). Dar dacă persoana a lucrat 14 ani şi 9 luni şi a plecat la muncă în altă ţară, cu care Republica Moldova a semnat un acord bilateral, ea nu va beneficia de prestaţii sociale? Dacă vorbim despre legislaţia naţională, într-adevăr, o persoană care nu a realizat minim 15 ani de stagiu de cotizare pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, odată cu atingerea vârstei de pensionare va beneficia doar de o alocaţie socială din partea statului, care astăzi este de 130 de lei. În cazul în care în Moldova ea nu a acumulat un stagiu minim, dar s-a angajat la muncă legal în una dintre ţările cu care ţara noastră are semnat un acord în domeniul securităţii sociale, atunci are şansa de a acumula perioada de stagiu care îi lipseşte, pentru a dobândi dreptul la pensie. Semnarea acordurilor bilaterale în domeniul securităţii sociale permite totalizarea stagiului de cotizare, iar la atingerea vârstei de pensionare cetăţeanul are dreptul să i se calculeze întreg stagiul de cotizare (de muncă) realizat, atât pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, cât şi în statul în care a activat în mod legal pentru a primi dreptul de a beneficia de pensie. Spre exemplu, dacă stagiul de cotizare în Republica Moldova constituie 14 ani şi 9 luni, iar în Bulgaria - 5 ani, atunci persoana deja are dreptul la pensie minimă în ţara noastră. Un stagiu total de 19 ani şi 9 luni îi oferă cetăţeanului dreptul la pensie care va fi calculată proporţional contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale transferate în BASS pe parcursul a 14 ani şi 9 luni. Mai târziu, la atingerea vârstei de pensionare, îi va fi acordată prestaţia corespunzătoare şi din partea statului cu care CNAS a semnat un acord bilateral.
