Totul despre munca suplimentară

Subiectul muncii suplimentare este actual și prezintă un interes major atât pentru angajați, cât și pentru angajatori. În ediția din aprilie a revistei „monitorul fiscal FISC.md” am publicat articolul Olgăi Donciu „Restricţii legale privind efectuarea muncii suplimentare”, din care veți afla aspecte importante ce  țin de acest domeniu.
 
Astfel, trebuie să conștientizăm că efectuarea muncii suplimentare nu poate avea ca efect majorarea duratei zilnice a timpului de muncă peste 12 ore. Autorul în detalii se referă la normele juridice în vigoare cu privire la limitarea efectuării a muncii suplimentare și menționează că, în cazul în care este solicitată prestarea acestei munci, angajatorul este obligat să asigure salariaţilor condiţii normale de activitate, inclusiv cele de securitate şi sănătate în muncă.

 

Într-un tabel bine structurat Olga Donciu oferă răspunsuri la întrebările despre:

- Durata normală a timpului de muncă

- Durata săptămânală redusă a timpului de muncă

- Munca suplimentară la unităţile cu flux continuu

- Evidenţa globală a timpului de muncă

- Atragerea la muncă suplimentară fără acordul salariatului

- Dreptul unor categorii de salariaţi de a refuza munca suplimentară

- Posibilitatea de a compensa orele de muncă suplimentară cu ore libere și multe alte aspecte.
