А факты незаконной торговли, кроме полиции, будут констатировать и местные власти. Такие поправки к Кодексу о правонарушениях разработали либералы. Штрафовать они предлагают не только самих продавцов, но и тех, кто поставляет им товар. Возле центрального рынка, прямо у дороги, ежедневно торгуют десятки человек. Здесь можно найти мясные и молочные продукты, а также фрукты. Однако никто не может гарантировать качество этого товара. Некоторых торговцев вопросы о гарантиях качества товара застают врасплох. Другие торговцы говорят, что иного выхода у них нет. В то же время сотни горожан покупают продукты, которые продаются прямо у дороги. В этой ситуации нарушаются санитарные нормы, права потребителей. Кроме того, страдает общий вид и столицы, и других населённых пунктов. При этом налоги так и не попадают в местные бюджеты, - сказал депутат ЛП Штефан Влас. В полиции поддерживают инициативу депутатов. Если ужесточить наказание, число торговцев, которые продают товар незаконно, снизится. Продавцы, которым выписывали штрафы, возвращались обратно и продолжали торговать, - отметил пресс-секретарь управления полиции Кишинёва Андриан Жовмир. За первые девять месяцев этого года муниципальная полиция выписала более 4 тысяч штрафов за незаконную торговлю. Общая сумма составила более полутора миллионов леев. Штраф за незаконную торговлю составляет от тысячи до 8000 леев.
