Трудовой кодекс будет предложен для публичных дебатов

Премьер-министр Павел Филип провел заседание рабочей группы по внесению изменений в Трудовой кодекс. По словам представителей бизнес-среды, нынешний Трудовой кодекс содержит недочеты, которые создают путаницу, противоречия и трудности в применении. Для устранения этих пробелов рабочая группа, созданная распоряжением Правительства, провела 11 заседаний и сформулировала предложения по изменению 36 статей трудового законодательства. Цель этих изменений – модернизация трудового законодательства и восстановление баланса между правами и обязанностями работников и работодателей. Премьер-министр Павел Филип отметил важность того, чтобы государство играло роль регулятора, чтобы, с одной стороны, защищать права работников, а с другой - учитывать интересы работодателей. Подобный подход будет стимулировать работодателей к осуществлению прозрачной деятельности, без выдачи зарплат в конвертах и уклонения от уплаты налогов, а также способствовать продвижению инвестиций и созданию рабочих мест. В результате дискуссий договорились, что рабочая группа продолжит работу, поскольку усовершенствование законодательства является непрерывным процессом. Приоритет - сокращение документов, которые должны составляться работодателями в области трудовых отношений, и подлежащие проверке инспекторами по труду. Проект по внесению изменений в Трудовой кодекс будет представлен Национальной трехсторонней комиссии по публичным консультациям «Правительство - Профсоюзы – Патронаты». Параллельно документ будет передан для визирования ответственным учреждениям. В то же время некоторые присутствовавшие на заседании представители Ассоциации бизнесменов отметили необходимость разработки нового Трудового кодекса в соответствии с передовой международной практикой, с привлечением в данный процесс иностранных и местных экспертов при содействии партнеров по развитию.
