Twinning-проект в области продовольственной безопасности

В Молдове запущен второй Twinning-проект в области продовольственной безопасности с бюджетом в размере 2 млн. евро. Проект «Поддержка Национального агентства продовольственной безопасности Молдовы» рассчитан на 2 года (2017-2018 гг.) и направлен на приведение национальной системы и национального законодательства в области продовольственной безопасности к европейским стандартам качества. Проект будет внедрен при поддержке Литвы, Латвии и Швеции. Об этом на конференции, посвященной запуску проекта, сообщил глава Национального агентства продовольственной безопасности (ANSA) Георгий Габерь. Он отметил, что, в частности, в рамках проекта будет проведена институциональная реформа ANSA для приведения работы агентства в соответствие с европейскими стандартами. Георгий Габерь обратил внимание, что в 2016 г. уже были начаты институциональные и законодательные реформы, оговоренные Соглашением об ассоциации РМ-ЕС. В частности, было сокращено число разрешительных документов, открыто «единое окно» по приему заявлений от сельхозпроизводителей, открыты 3 новых пункта санитарного и фитосанитарного контроля на КПП, внедрен Национальный план контроля на 2017-2020 гг. и др. Премьер-министр Молдовы Павел Филип подчеркнул важность проекта, отметив, что рынок ЕС является крайне привлекательным для молдавских сельхозпроизводителей. Он также обратил внимание, что в 2016 г. вырос экспорт вина, зерновых и столового винограда. При этом премьер отметил необходимость подготовки местных производителей молочной и мясной продукции для осуществления экспорта в ЕС. Пол его мнению, на сегодняшний день эта продукция наших производителей не соответствуют европейским требованиям. Присутствующий на конференции глава Делегации ЕС в Молдове Пиркка Тапиола отметил, что продукция Молдовы, благодаря внедрению европейских стандартов, стала более привлекательной и востребованной не только европейскими, но и местными потребителями. Кроме того, он подчеркнул, что внедрение этих стандартов позволяет Молдове диверсифицировать рынки сбыта своей продукции.
