Ucraina majorează numărul de autorizaţii pentru transportatorii din Moldova

Ministerul Economiei şi Infrastructurii a anunţat că, în rezultatelor negocierilor purtate dintre autoritățile Republicii Moldova și cele ale Ucrainei, ţara vecină a acordat o cotă suplimentară de 5000 autorizații pentru transportul internațional de mărfuri transportatorilor din Moldova, care vor suplini cele 3000 autorizaţii anterioare . Operatorii din ţara noastră vor avea posibilitatea de a transportat mărfuri atât în regim bilateral, cât și în regim de tranzit pe teritoriul ucrainean. Reiterăm, că Octavian Calmîc, ministrul Economiei și Infrastructurii, a semnat anterior ordinul privind aprobarea criteriilor de eliberare a unor tipuri de autorizații operatorilor de transport rutier, la cerere, de categoria I, de tipul ”Ucraina bilateral/tranzit”, care prevede că documentele necesare vor fi eliberate de ANTA şi va fi respectat principiul “ o autorizație pentru fiecare autovehicul din parcul eligibil al fiecăruia solicitat”. Responsabil pentru respectarea prevederilor ordinului este Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii, care, de asemenea, va monitoriza procedura de eliberare și utilizare a autorizaţiilor eliberate operatorilor. Premierii Republicii Moldova și Ucrainei, Pavel Filip și Vladimir Groisman, în cadrul întrevederii la Summitul „Tbilisi Belt and Road Forum 2017” din Georgia au convenit asupra majorării pentru anul 2018 a cotelor pentru transportatorii internațional de mărfuri de la 43 la 60 de mii de autorizații, precum şi a termenului de aflare a conducătorilor auto internaționali din Republica Moldova pe teritoriul Ucrainei. Astfel, aceștia vor avea posibilitatea să se afle pe teritoriul țării vecine o perioada mai mare de 90 de zile, prevăzute anterior.
