UE va acorda ţării noastre ajutorul macrofinanciar

În prima jumătate a anului viitor, Moldova va primi prima tranşă din asistenţa macrofinanciară a Uniunii Europene în mărime de 100 mil. euro. Anunţul a fost făcut de Comisarul UE pentru politici europene de vecinătate şi negocieri pentru extindere, Johanis Hahn, la o întrevedere cu jurnaliştii prezenţi la summitul Parteneriatul Estic de la Bruxelles. Oficialul susţine că în timpul apropiat se intenţionează semnarea Memorandumului –cadru, care va fi parte integrată a acordului dintre RM şi UE pentru acordarea asistenții macrofinanciare. Johanis Hahn a spus că anii în care au loc alegeri, de fiecare dată sunt complicaţi, uneori se temperează ritmul reformelor, iar uneori le stimulează. Comisarul European a menţionat că prima tranşă din asistenţa macorfinanciară ar putea ajunge în Moldova în primul trimestru al anului viitor. Alte două tranşe vor depinde de succesul Moldovei, realizarea condiţiilor discutate cu UE. Amintim că UE va acorda Moldovei asistenţă financiară pe un termen de 15 ani, dintre care 60 mil. euro constituie un credit facilitar, iar 40 mil. euro – granturi. Mijloacele vor suplini resursele acordate Moldovei de Fondul Monetar Internaţional şi alte structuri internaţionale. Asistenţa UE va fi direcţionată spre asigurarea stabilităţii economice şi a programului reformelor structurale în ţară.
