UE va ajuta Moldova să sporească transparența și legalitatea achiziției de energie electrică

Secretariatul comunității energetice și Ministerul Economiei au finalizat elaborarea recomandărilor (directivelor) pentru achizițiile anuale de energie electrică. Acestea vor fi transmise Ministerului Economiei în timpul apropiat și vor deveni o măsură importantă în asigurarea transparenței achiziției de curent. Potrivit unui comunicat al Secretariatului comunității energetice, recomandările au o importanță crucială pentru piața din țara noastră, dependentă de câțiva furnizori de energie electrică. Cel mai important este că respectarea recomandărilor de asigurarea a achizițiilor de energie electrică va fi controlată de un grup de observatori, din care vor face parte funcționari moldoveni, dar și reprezentanți ai Secretariatului comunității energetice și ai Delegației UE din Moldova. Grupul de observatori trebuie să garanteze că procesul de achiziție a curentului este transparent și nediscriminatoriu. Recomandările mai prevăd diferite etape de negocieri, în cadrul cărora participanții la concurs incluși în lista scurtă vor avea șansa de a-și îmbunătăți oferta financiară. Reprezentanții Secretariatului comunității energetice au menționat că Ministerul Economiei a fost deschis și constructiv în acest sens de la bun început. Ei speră că recomandările privind achizițiile anuale de energie electrică vor spori transparența și legalitatea achizițiilor de curent, în condițiile concrete ale pieței Moldovei. Recomandările privind achizițiile anuale de energie electrică urmează să fie aprobate în viitorul apropiat de Ministerul Economiei și vor fi folosite deja luna aceasta, când va fi lansat procesul de achiziție a energiei electrice pentru companii de distribuție.
