Украинская таможня не пускает российские товары в Молдову

Около сотни грузовиков, которые везут в Молдову товар российского происхождения, не могут пересечь Украину. Они заблокированы на росийско-украинском пограничном пункте Троебортное - Бачевск после решения Киева о запрете ввоза российских товаров. Молдавские власти считают, что таким образом соседняя страна нарушает таможенные условия о международной перевозке грузов. Почти неделю грузовики не впускают на территорию Украины. Водители говорят, что с каждым днем им приходится все труднее. Солярка на исходе она замерзает на морозе, метель, снега намело с полметра. Питаемся за свой счет, не знаю, как домой доберёмся. Если простоим ещё два-три дня, деньги закончатся. Придется бросить здесь машины и ехать домой, - сказал водитель грузовика Ион Ватаву. Заложниками ситуации водители грузовиков оказались после того, как 10 января Киев принял решение запретить ввоз российских товаров на территорию Украины. К запрету на ввоз они приравнивают и транзит. То есть, они не видят разницу, в этом и проблема, которую пока украинское правительство не разъяснило, - сказал и.о. замминистра транспорта Сергей Букэтару. О запрете на транзит российских товаров по территории Украины не знали и владельцы транспортных компаний. Если бы нас проинформировали, к примеру на сайте национального агентства транспорта или на сайте министерства, что с 10 января транзит запрещен, так мы бы даже и не загружали этот товар, - сообщил владелец транспортной компании Эдуард Скутару. Компании, товар которых застрял на украинской таможне, говорят, что несут огромные потери. Среди них и столичная фирма, которая продаёт на нашем рынке российский кондитерские изделия. Мало того, что несем дополнительные расходы, так еще и остались без товара, который могли бы уже продать, - возмущается предприниматель Дмитрий Герман. Кишинёвские власти считают, что Украина своими действиями нарушает условия международных грузоперевозок. Согласно конвенции ТИР, украинские власти не имеют права запретить транзит товара по своей территории, само понятие "транзит" гарантировано условиями этого соглашения, в конвенцию включены и Молдова, и Украина, - сообщил и.о. замминистра транспорта Сергей Букэтару.
