UMR a majorat fabricarea de oţel şi produse metalurgice

Uzina Metalurgică din Rîbniţa (UMR) a produs în iulie 60,4 mii tone de oţel şi 51,9 mii tone de produse metalurgice (armătură şi sârmă), ceea ce este cu 17,5 şi 10,7 mii tone mai mult decât în iunie. Comparativ cu indicii din anul trecut aceştia s-au dublat. Consumatorilor le-au fost livrate peste 43,2 mii tone de produse metalurgice. Planul de producere pentru august prevede fabricarea a 50 mii tone de oţel şi tot atâtea tone de produse metalurgice, atât pentru piaţa Transnistriei, cât şi a Republicii Moldova şi statele UE. Uzina şi-a reluat activitatea la începutul lunii martie după reparaţie deja ca întreprindere revenită în proprietatea statului. La finele lunii martie a avut loc adunarea acţionarilor S.A.T.P. „UMR”, în cadrul cărei a fost aleasă componenţa Consiliului de directori. Director general al devenit businessmanul kazah Talgat Baitaziev. UMR a aparţinut holdingului rus „Metalloinvest”, care a returnat uzina Transnistriei pentru un preţ simbolic şi pierderi de $4 mil.
