Un nou regulament privind modul de declarare în vamă a valorii mărfurilor

Serviciul Vamal al Republicii Moldova va implementa normele comunitare de declarare şi control a valorii mărfurilor în vamă. Un proiect de Regulament în acest sens a fost aprobat la ședința Guvernului. Proiectul defineşte acţiunile care trebuie să fie întreprinse atât de organul vamal, cât şi de agentul economic la declararea şi confirmarea valorii în vamă a mărfurilor importate. Regulamentul prevede posibilitatea agenților economici de a dispune de mărfurile respective cu condiția de a prezenta ulterior documentele concludente pentru confirmarea valorii în vamă a mărfurilor importate și depunerii unei garanții ce ar acoperi diferența la plata drepturilor de import aferente valorii în vamă declarate și celei stabilite provizoriu de organele vamale. Regulamentul a fost elaborat cu suportul Programului USAID BRITE, fiind consultat cu reprezentanți ai AmCham și Misiunii EUBAM. Totodată, în scopul excluderii unor eventuale riscuri ale influenţei factorilor coruptibilităţii, proiectul a fost supus Expertizei Anticorupţie, nefiind atestate incompatibilităţi cu standardele naţionale şi internaţionale anticorupţie.
