USAID продолжит внедрять проекты в ряде областей Республики Молдова

Заместитель министра иностранных дел и европейской интеграции Даниела Морарь провела вчера встречу с заместителем помощника по Европе и Евразии администратора Агентства США по международному развитию (USAID) Джонатана Каца по случаю его визита в Кишинев, передает Молдпрес со ссылкой на Службу по СМИ и связям с общественностью МИДЕИ. В ходе встречи замминистра иностранных дел Даниела Морарь проинформировала американского чиновника об уровне внедрения внутренней программы реформ в соответствии с взятыми обязательствами в рамках Дорожной карты, представив основные результаты и приоритеты на ближайший период, а также короткий анализ воздействия. Также молдавский чиновник выразила благодарность за финансовую помощь, предоставляемую USAID посредством разных проектов, внедряемых в Республике Молдова. В свою очередь Джонатан Кац подтвердил интерес США к продолжению внедрения проектов, отметив важность реформ в банковско-финансовом секторе, в области юстиции, публичной администрации и борьбы с коррупцией для экономического роста страны. Правительство Соединенных Штатов Америки предоставляет финансовую помощь Республике Молдова посредством USAID с 1992 г. с целью поддержки демократического переходного периода страны. Посредством программ технической помощи американский народ инвестировал в последние 23 года более одного миллиарда долл. в Молдову. Фонды были направлены на консолидацию демократических институтов РМ, правового государства, улучшение инвестиционного климата и устойчивого экономического роста страны.
