Условия приватизации ГП «Vestmoldtransgaz»

Детали по условиям приватизации ГП «Vestmoldtransgaz» компанией «Eurotransgaz» были представлены Агентством публичной собственности Молдовы. АПС сообщило, что приватизация госпредприятия «Vestmoldtransgaz» компанией «Eurotransgaz», единственным учредителем которой является румынская «Transgaz», была одобрена комиссией по проведению коммерческих и инвестиционных конкурсов по приватизации государственной собственности. Компания «Eurotransgaz» обязалась построить газопровод Унгены-Кишинев – реализовать второй этап проекта взаимоподключения газотранспортных систем Молдовы и Румынии. Новый газопрововод завершит подключение газотранспортных систем Румынии и Молдовы, являясь продолжением первой части газопровода Яссы-Унгены, сданного в эксплуатацию в 2014 г. В Агентстве публичной собственности Молдовы отмечают, что в ходе переговоров по контракту о купле-продаже госпредприятия «Vestmoldtransgaz» с победителем тендера было определено, что, для осуществления сделки согласно требованиям законодательства, для обеспечения непрерывности деятельности предприятия и возможности своевременной реализации инвестиционного проекта, покупатель должен выполнить ряд предварительных условий до передачи приватизированного имущества в его собственность. Таким образом, покупатель должен перевести в госбюджет Молдовы полную стоимость единого имущественного комплекса - госпредприятия «Vestmoldtransgaz», взяв на себя все его права и обязанности, а также должен начать строительство газопровода Унгены-Кишинев в соответствии с техническим проектом, согласованным с компетентными органами Молдовы. Требования для начала процедуры строительства газопровода Унгены-Кишинев выполняются в сроки, оговоренные в ходе переговоров для внедрения проекта. Протяженность газопровода Унгены-Кишинев составит около 120 км, по нему можно будет импортировать 1,5 млрд куб. м природного газа, что покрывает потребности Молдовы, без учета Приднестровья, в этом виде топлива.
