Уточнение правил регистрации автомобилей с иностранными номерами

Таможенная служба уточнила правила официальной регистрации транспортных средств с иностранными или приднестровскими номерами. Ведомство напоминает, что с этого года максимальный срок пребывания в Молдове транспортных средств с иностранными номерами составляет 180 дней в течение 12 месяцев. Автомобили с иностранными номерами смогут находиться на территории Молдовы более 180 дней при условии уплаты виньетки в размере 180 евро за каждые последующие 180 дней пребывания в Молдове и при наличии у водителя прав, выданных в стране его постоянного места жительства. Автомобили с иностранными номерами, которые не будут соответствовать этим требованиям, будут задерживаться органами полиции, Погранслужбой или Мобильными группами таможни, а впоследствии будут вывозиться с территории Молдовы. Расходы на эскорт (0,15 евро за 1 км) будут нести владельцы задержанных транспортных средств. В то же время с 1 апреля 2017 г. запрещено передвижение по национальным дорогам транспортных средств с регистрационными номерными знаками административно-территориальных единиц левобережья Днестра и мун. Бендеры, которые управляются водителями, имеющими водительское удостоверение Молдовы и проживающими в РМ, а также автотранспортных средств с регистрационными номерными знаками иностранного государства, не признанного Молдовой. Исключением являются только транспортные средства, находящиеся в собственности экономических агентов Приднестровья и в случаях, когда водитель является работником экономического агента. Согласно законодательным изменениям, физические лица-резиденты, которые ввезли на территорию Молдовы до 1 ноября 2016 г. автомобили с иностранными номерами, имеют право помещать их под таможенный режим импорта с уплатой 30% от доли акциза, установленного на 2016 г. Для таможенного оформления импорта транспортного средства необходимо предоставить следующие документы: техпаспорт автомобиля, документ, подтверждающий право собственности (контракт о купле-продаже, документ о дарении и пр.), сертификат, который подтверждает уплату «виньетки» (за исключением транспортных средств с приднестровскими номерами). Для таможенного оформления автомобиля с приднестровскими номерами необходимо заполнить таможенную декларацию и декларацию о личной ответственности за достоверность представленной информации, а также предоставить подтверждающие документы, выданные в Приднестровском регионе. Растаможить транспортные средства можно в 39 таможенных пунктах Молдовы.
